To apply, the following terms and conditions must be followed
1. Candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
2. Candidates’ age limit should be between 18-30 years as of 25/07/2023. However, the age limit is relatable up to 32 years in case of pets of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates.
3. Job candidates have to apply with the permission of the appropriate authority and submit the permission letter at the time of oral examination.
It should be noted that those whose age is within the mentioned age limit as of 22/09/2020 of Rule-1 Branch of the Ministry of Public Administration can also apply.
4. This appointment is purely temporary and applicable only for the duration of the project.
5. The decision of the authority shall be final without assigning any reason in the matter of selection, acceptance, and appointment of applications.
6. Additional 01 (one) set of attested photocopies is to be submitted along with authentic copies of all certificates at the time of the oral exam. The list of documents to be submitted/presentable is as follows:
(a) Application form filled out online
(b) 03 (three) copies of passport-size attested photographs
(c) Certificates of all instructional qualifications
(d) No objection letter issued by using the proper authority in case of applicants working in government, Semi-government, and self-reliant businesses.
(e) Citizenship Certificate and Birth Registration Certificate issued by Chairman of Union Parishad / Municipal Mayor / Ward Councilor of City Corporation of permanent address.
(f) National Identity Card
(g) Certificate of Experience
(7) A candidate who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or is married or committed to marrying a person who is a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court of moral turpitude shall not be considered eligible to apply.
(8) If any records provided or documents submitted via the candidate are found to be faux, falsified, or falsified with the minimum qualification required / inconsistency is determined/proved to be fake or if the examination is faux or fraudulent, the candidature of the involved candidate will be canceled and appropriate prison movement could be taken towards him.
(9) Any lobbying shall be considered a disqualification of the candidate. Legal action will be taken against any candidate who conceals information and accepts the job, including cancellation of the appointment letter.
(10) No TA/DA will be paid for acting inside the examination.
(11) The existing rules and regulations of the Government shall be followed in the matter of appointment.
(12) The Authority reserves the right to partially/fully modify/cancel this notification at any stage.
